Well wait for the results to come out, only then apply for various colleges according to your CMAT or FEB MAT score. All those colleges that take the above two scores, would definitely keep their admission lines open after the results are out. So just relax and work harder for the exams.
To add on I would say to follow the 7 easy steps in order to crack the examination in one go:-
*Clear your basic Maths Concepts
*Work on your vocabulary
*Develop the habit of reading
*Reasoning skills can be improved by solving puzzles
*Practice a lot
*Once you know your strengths and weaknesses, go for some full-length tests. Observe how you improve your

PhD and MBA are two diverse fields and therefore your own interest and flair would only help you to choose. Incase you want to persue technical oriented job, such as the one you are doing at present then PhD would be a better choice.
