1.XIME doesn't come under any University.It is Autonomous Institute approved by AICTE.It doesn't provide any degree it only gives PGDM as it doesn't come under UGC.
2.Question paper is designed and corrected by concerned faculty itself(For ex.,if Statistics is taken by 2 faculties in Sec a and Sec b then each section will have different question papers which is designed by the person who taught the course itself.He can design the question paper according to his own way)
3.If you are not satisfied with your marks you can apply for revaluation which costs around 5000(approx) and it will be corrected by same or different
