Honestly speeking I don’t think with this percentile you would be able to get in to any reputed bschool. I don't have any intention to disappoint you but this is your career so you've have to face the reality. Instead of wasting two years in an average MBA school It would be better to try again for CAT/MAT exams and score good percentile. Or, if you don’t want to wait then try for entrance exams that bschools conduct separately for admissions. Like, recently UPES Dehradun has announced its UPESMET dates, and its on 12-16th Feb. It is a complete online test with no pen paper version. All UPESMET test takers will have the fle

Of course possible, you can study both M.Tech as well as MBA after B.Tech but the matter is what you want to do actually? For becoming a techno manager B.Tech and an MBA degree in from a good institute is enough but as you have wish to do M.Tech then you join M.Tech after B.tech through GATE, then after completion of your M.tech degree you may join a job and can join an executive MBA programme to increase your managerial skill, you can go for regular MBA programme also, but make sure of getting a good MBA college through CAT/XAt/CMAT etc.
Its my personal view look for other answers also

1. After MBBS , you'll have to undergo 6 months compulsory training.
2. After this you need to go for MD ( medicine) . Aspiring candidates will have to apply for Post Graduate Medical Entrance exams like All India Post Graduate Dental / Medical Entrance Exam and Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research Entrance Exam.
However , some institutes also admit students based on marks scored in MBBS.
3. After MD , You can enroll for DM (Neurology) , a 3 yr course for specialization in Neurology.
4. After completing neurology and getting the requisite registration from the MCI , you can start your medical practice.
