Below is the basic eligibility criteria and admission procedure for Commercial Pilot License (CPL):
Eligibility:
Qualification: - should have passed 10 + 2 with P.C.M/ Min 50% Marks or written test
Age : - 17 Years and above
Medical Standards: The candidates should be medically fit to meet the required standards according to the DGCA, as tested by medical officer.
Selection:
Candidates taking the SPL test have to appear in an oral examination on a fixed day every month. Candidates have to enroll a month before the examination. Selected candidates go through a medical test. Air Force Central Medical Establishment (AFCME), Subroto Park, New Delhi and Institute of Aviation Medicine (IAM), Vimanpura Bangalore, are the final authorities for medical fitness. After medical clearance the candidate gets the SPL.Candidates are also required to pass the Pilot Aptitude Test.

Hello Satyam, CS and IT are hold almost same value and their syllabus is 80% same,
so it depends upon your self interest too, but i would suggest you to go for CS, these days CS engineers are highly preferred in big Companies.
By becoming a CS engineer you have scope in various fields like web applications, computer graphics, video games, enterprise computing , embedded systems, network administration, mobile applications, computer vision,scientific modelling, computer security, database systems, animation , wireless network, artificial intelligence, core companies, computational skills, computer manufacturing, computer programming, computational biology, super-computing .

There are various courses related to Computer software and application it generally depends upon your taste of interest.
Some of the certification options are:
Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.
.NET - This is among most popular languages which are direct counterparts of Java. These are mainly used for light weight application development on the server side and client side. .NET is also easy to master compared to the long Java Library.
The other options for the courses include, i am listing most prominent ones from job point of view:
Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options but you will not get any work of software development on its basis, yet you can continue doing it if you have interest in DBMS.
CCNA/MCSE - These networking certifications can employ you as a network engineer and again even in the recession period these were the most reliable career options, if not most exciting.
Between java & .NET i would suggest .NET and you being from ECE branch, Networking courses like CCNA should be easier for you.
