Dear Girija,
If you have scored well in your medical entrance exams, and if you are getting a good medical college in India without donations, then do consider doing MBBS in India.
If you want to go abroad, countries like USA, UK, Australia and Canada will be very expensive and you will first have to pursue a Bachelor's degree in health sciences to apply for medical course. The selection is again based on entrance exam and interview.
