Yes, you will find options. Applying to top ranking ones will be difficult but you can try. You must also take the IELTS. It will be hard to say if you will get admission since will it depends on the university. Check all the requirements, apply to college you think is relevant to your profile. A good SOP, LOR, projects, etc. will be required too.

1) Bachelors degree in science with a minimum 55% pass mark, overall and in the main subject.
If you have a minimum of 55% pass mark in your B.Sc course, you will be eligible to apply for M.Sc course in material science. Regards
