Yes, you will find options. Applying to top ranking ones will be difficult but you can try. You must also take the IELTS. It will be hard to say if you will get admission since will it depends on the university. Check all the requirements, apply to college you think is relevant to your profile. A good SOP, LOR, projects, etc. will be required too.

The basic eligibility for students to pursue M.Sc in material science is mentioned below. Please check if you qualify for admission from the eligibility criteria mentioned below in M.Sc material sciences.
1) Bachelors degree in science with a minimum 55% pass mark, overall and in the main subject.
