There is a vast area for a job after mechanical engineering. Like, you can go in manufacturing or designing if interested in automobile. Otherwise, you can choose NDT if interested in theory or research and development is also an better option.

Do you want to study? If yes, surely there will be options. Your gap will be a concern so you must justify the same. A very good personal statement will be required. Some good recommendation letters from your professors, if you had work experience then from your managers, etc. will be needed. You have to keep visiting university websites, check for relevant programmes, decide what to study, decide what to do in future and then finalize.
