Objectives
The course intends to equip students with updated knowledge of modern materials management concepts and aims to develop their functional expertise in the store and purchase management discipline. To increase the profitability of industry, the Course intends to prepare the fleet of students equipped with latest tools and techniques of materials management so that they can face the challenges arising out of present scenario of competitiveness due to globalization of economy.
Duration of the Course
The duration of the course is three years by distance education.
Eligibility Criteria
Normal Entry : Bachelor's Degree Under 10+2+3 Pattern - 3 Years duration
Lateral Entry : Graduates with GDMM/PGDMM from IIMM are eligible for entry in the final year MBA (MM)

A good advice would be to look for a university course., preferably an MSC in Applied Psychology, just like the one offered by Bharatiar University or MA in Psychology offered by IGNOU, Madras University etc. There are autonomous institutes offering MS in Psychotherapy and Counselling. IBMS, Andhra Pradesh offer MS in Psychotherapy and Counselling through distance education for which we have learning centres at Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala. We have IPMS, Mumbai, another autonomous institute offering MS in Psychotherapy and Counselling for which we have a learning centre at Thiruvalla. IPMS also has some tie ups with Asia e University to offer their courses too. But when you are joining autonomous courses offered by such autonomous institutes, you must satisfy yourself to the quality and content of learning materials provided by them.

Advertising and PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the media world. Advertising field requires a lot of creativity and innovation. In advertising one has to do a lot of research in order to study the demand of the product in the market, then you need to design the advertisement according to the target consumers depending upon the age group, gender etc. Thus making the advertisement field more interesting and challenging. Now for PR, I would say that it requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done.
