previously which role you were having in IT. if it is related to technology, then you can sharpen your technical skills and try for the job. Say honestly your problem to the recruiter, if the problem is geniune one, they will surely understand and provide the job, but you may not as expected salary. but no problem you have to first get a job. people now - a - days are using some fake experiences also but to my knowledge it is not right. if you want you may also try like that. but not good.

As you have already done your PGDM in HR, I would suggest you to go for some course in HR itself as PR will be something totally different. If you want you can go for a SAP course or a diploma course in Social Welfare etc.
But as you have asked about PR, I would like to give you the details. PR basically requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. Hi,
you are only eligible to pursue a PG diploma and not a degree in Canada as the degree requirement for a Masters degree in Canada is a 4 year UG degree whereas your degree is a 3 year degree. Let me know if you are interested in a diploma so that i can suggest you universities accordingly.
