Hi Friend,
Doing PhD in foreign countries is not a easy task.Most of the Foreign countries need TOEFL\IELTS score and GRE score.In USA many universities provide scholarship for PhD students but they need GRE score more than 1200.So before applying in foreign countries you must qualify these tests with good score.

my friend, getting into Msc(Phy) is better Option.You will have many opportunities after completion of Msc.if you are looking into job opportunities at present then
>You can appear for UPSC Civil Services Examination.
>A B.Ed after B.Sc will make you eligible for the job of a General Science Teacher.
>You can apply for all the job which ask for a Graduate Degree.
Keep in mind my friend u can attend many competitive Exams even u are doin Msc.
