Yes, you are eligible to pursue BBA program even after completing class 12th from arts stream. In fact anyone from any stream is eligible to pursue BBA. Yes, I agree that people from commerce background have an advantage of knowing the fundamentals and basics, but you need not worry because in first year of your BBA course, you will be taught all the fundamentals and basics.

Shivani don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering.
