You can start applying using the university-ASSIST portal. You have to apply to universities in Germany through this common application portal. You must also know German language and must take the IELTS before applying. I will advice you to check the DAAD website, this is the official and most important website you should check if you want to study in Germany. You may contact them for further information. This is really difficult to tell the average salary someone would expect because salary always depends upon many aspects I.e. position, experience, company, location, academy, etc.
However, after completing SAP, you would expect somewhere around 18-35 k per month.

It is a niche branch with limited scope and less exposure to aircraft design. Aeronautical engineering would be a better option to opt for.

This is from what I know, INLEAD is good for healthcare and event management with a proven record for good placements and industrial training. Its alumni are working in Top hospitals like the Fortis, Rockland, Oktivortho etc. So, out of the two, my vote goes to INLEAD.
