As CBSE boards are going on, the question is answered assuming it to be for class 12th Board preparation. Practice and concept clarity are keys to a full score in Physics. Solving book questions, S. L arora, and past year papers will benefit the student to get a good score in finals. Rote learning will not be as fruitful as a deep understanding of the concepts and practiced application. I will suggest the user practices Optics dual nature, atoms, rotation etc. For these topics tend to be scoring.

This usually entails contacting the examination authorities if the CUET portal does not permit revisions after submission or changing your application on the portal. Make sure you review the criteria and timeframes that the CUET authorities have supplied.
