Hi Priyanka, to pursue engineering you have to be a PCM student and not commerce. You can do courses like financial engineering but these courses come typically in master level. If you are good with numbers, you can opt for courses like data analytics etc. Core engineering is not for you. If at all you want to study engineering start your class 11th and class 12th all over, but makes no sense wasting so much valuable time again.

No, there is no such course offered by Delhi University. But many private colleges offer this course. There are many colleges in Delhi/NCR region which offer this course. SGT University, Amity University and many other universities offer this course.

To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. BBA is specialised for business development and administration, whereas, the BMS course is for Management development and Administration so the difference is that if you chose BBA, you can have a start-up and if BMS then you can work in someone else start-up/business.
