Hi Pradeep,
I would say that it is completely on your choice, definitely if you get a degree from a national level University say for example Delhi University it will add great value to your resume and would get you better job opportunities but if you want to be in Bihar and don't want to move out in any other area even after completing your graduation then in that case you can go for Universities providing BBA in Bihar.
Few of the institutes which you may consider are:
Magadh University
Arcade Business College
Dr. Zakir Husain Institute
Gaya College
Vaishali Institute of Business and Rural Management

Yes, it is very much true that one required a 4 year degree or equivalent to be eligible for master courses in USA. Incase your degree is a 3 year degree, you should pursue a PG diploma of 1 year duration and then apply to US.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hello Om,
You would have to choose the stream depending upon your interest only as BBA and Animation are entirely different. In case you are looking for something different as a career option you can definitely chose Animation and/or Visual Effects. And as you have completed 12th, you can go for B.Sc. in Animation and Multimedia from a reputed academy/university.
NID has always been best for creative courses. But if focusing on B.SC. in Animation-Multimedia, then i would recommend Sikkim Manipal University, as it well known and reputed. Frameboxx academy provides a degree from the same university and have an industry-oriented curriculum.

Technically speaking Yes, it is possible Sushanta. But I doubt if anyone can do this simultaneously. At SMU you are required to write the exam of 6 papers every semester on fixed dates in July and Jan. The dates may clash with exam of other subjects at other universities. Before you plan for these I suggest that you think more one the kind of career you would like to have. Then reflect back and analyze if the 3 subjects you have chosen for higher studies are in line with or career plans or not.
