Hi Preeti, it will depend on the University. Though it will just not be a exchange of certificate but you will also need to have a profile suitable for MBA so that proper credits can be given for the MSc you have done.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Hi Naveen, to pursue MBA in Germany you need to have 2 yrs work experience appear for GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL. And after you get the scores you can consider applying to "B-Schools in germany :- Faculty of Economics and Management Studies

There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
