Hi Arpit,
Before you decide what to do, it is important that you become aware of a critical factor for success in your chosen profession. Your exam scores are one part of it considering how competitive it is to land a seat in the hallowed campuses of the IITs and other prestigious institutions.
To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field.
Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
However, looking at your scores, I suggest you take up Architecture. To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To become an IAS or IPS,
- you need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- if you are in final year, you are eligible to apply.
- your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- you must be an Indian citizen.

We would suggest you to work for some time before going for additional course. This would help you to know your interest and strength so that you may take right decision for yourself. MBA from India or abroad, an MBA has the greatest potential to open out job avenues for you among all other professional courses. An MBA from a business school abroad has a lot of value in India when you look for a job. However, it is important to check the reputation and placement record of the particular college. Several Indian MBAs are ranked higher than many business schools abroad.
Also, in regards to your question, whether there is any difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. However in general a course through distance learning does not have as much value as the regular one so if you can do a regular course, it would hold a lot of importance and thus be a much better option. The acceptability and recognition of a full time course is higher in industry and the long term career gains are good. Correspondence courses are ideally meant for those who are working and cannot leave their jobs to further their education. It is only to leverage ones experience and not so much as a stand alone degree. The employ-ability of a full time degree holder is the most and those with a distance education degree may face a drawback as far as employment options with MNCs are concerned. However, what is also relevant is your experience; skills and profile should match the profile needed for the job and organization. Thus it would be best for you to pursue a full time course.

It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 12th and have landed up a compartment in one of your subjects.
