In regards to your question, whether there is any difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. However in general a course through distance learning does not have as much value as the regular one so if you can do a regular course, it would hold a lot of importance and thus be a much better option. The acceptability and recognition of a full time course is higher in industry and the long term career gains are good. Correspondence courses are ideally meant for those who are working and cannot leave their jobs to further their education. It is only to leverage ones experience and not so much as a stand alone degree. The employ-ability of a full time degree holder is the most and those with a distance education degree may face a drawback as far as employment options with MNCs are concerned. However, what is also relevant is your experience; skills and profile should match the profile needed for the job and organization. Thus it would be best for you to pursue a full time course.
Also, you have to contact the concerned college for any lateral entry.

MBAs are proper Masters of Business administration which should be offered through a university only with prior AICTE approval. Few institutes who are not a university can offer PG diploma as they cannot offer MBA or a degree with Masters in word. All PGDM even if it is approved from AICTE are not MBA. They have to take approval from AIU to make it equivalent to MBA

Hi Sandeep, I am not sure if you're ASKING about "Regular MBA" or "Distance MBA" But if you're planning to opt. for a "Distance MBA" then you would get exactly the same degree as others, regardless if you go to the "Learning Center" regularly or not but if you're planning to join a "Regular MBA/ Full-time MBA" then you might get in trouble and might get yourself into some "short-attendance situation". Every college has it's own policies to deal with "short-attendance scenario". For that I highly suggest you to discuss with the college administration (of your college) in personal as they might might actually stop you from taking your final exams. Liked my answer? 25 is too low a score to secure a seat in a government reputed college. However, you may appear for other entrance exams and secure a seat in a reputed institution.
Other than JEE, you may choose to write the below mentioned entrances:
Students appear for different Engineering Entrance Exams like:
1. VITEEE
2. BITSAT
3. MU OET
4. SRMEEE
5. UPTU and many more at the state level and institute specific.
Students can choose from the different branches that are available for engineering. Every engineering branch has its own PROS. and it wont be right to judge any branch. However, if you want to know about the scope and prospects of various branch, you can refer to the below link

Tushar, Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. Journalism also is at this level and relies on your language skills & knowledge of history and current affairs. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, jewellery design, Acting, & Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching & imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as Motion Graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills - Cinematographic skills & imagination. Then come careers like Animation, Film Making, Game Design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling and problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, vfx, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world & hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers.
