Its good to purse BBA and MBA from Birla institute, but I don't think they offer BBA+MBA integrated program.

No,Its not in IITD. Its offered in IITB with closing rank 1200. In IIT-KGP with closing rank around 3000.

If you want to go for Company Secretary, then of course B.Com (Hons) is a good option. And, you can also do LLB, because CS +LLB is a good combination.
