BCA is better for Computer Science. B.Sc in computer science deals with conceptual information while BCA deals with computer applications and offers more job opportunities. If you are interested in application based jobs like programming, coding, software developer then go for BCA and if you want to work in the field of internet technology, hardware, database management then opt for B.Sc.

The best one is obviously IIT, but if you have not appeared for JEE Mains then the best private university in India is BITS, Pilani. You can also opt for VIT.
These are the ones which are the best options for B.Tech and engineering.
IITs give best campus selection. If not IITs then BITS provides the best placement and huge salary packages. VIT is also good but not equal to the above two.
Engineering is highly profitable and productive course for yourself and the nation. So taking engineering is good, but for engineering, colleges matter a lot. So choose the best ones.
All the best.
