Yes, you can pursue distance M.Ed from IGNOU. The candidates appearing for the entrance test must satisfy the eligibility criteria that are being mentioned below
The candidates appearing for the M.Ed. Programme must ensure secure a minimum 50% marks in total. There is not needs to apply for the teacher who have been appointed prior to the instigation of the NCTE regulations that was announced in the March 2010 and scored 50% marks
Two years teaching/Professional experience after completion of B.Ed. Programme in government/government. Recognised schools/NCTE recognised Teacher Training/Research Institution of Education
Candidates must have 2-years of full time teaching experience in any of the government. Recognised or government. Secondary or Senior Secondary or Primary School can apply provided they have complete 2-years of experience.
