First check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well, so that you may score atleast 50% in graduation.
The other option for you would be to work for 1-2 years and then pursue MBA through distance education.

The universities in every country has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad you need to take below mentioned tests:
IELTS or TOEFL test (Both of these are english proficiency test)
GRE (Required by universities in US,Canada, Singapore, Germany and many more countries)
