The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the body which presides over the Company Secretary program.
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The course has three stages:-
1. Foundation course is open for those who have only done 10+2.

It is difficult for most students to make a firm career decision right after 12th. The right approach in my opinion is to choose your stream and narrow your choices. But at the same time keep a variety of career options open.
Considering your background in commerce, BCom would be an ideal choice. However, BBA being a professional course gives you more exposure to the business world. The choice of MBA is always open and does not change weather you do a BCOM or BBA.
