Hi,
The universities in every country has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad you need to take below mentioned tests:
IELTS or TOEFL test (Both of these are english proficiency test)
GRE (Required by universities in US,Canada, Singapore, Germany and many more countries)

Relevant undergraduate degree with good academic record.
Minimum of two years full-time post-graduate work experience.
GMAT score 650 plus.
TOEFL score of 100 plus or IELTS score of 6.5 bands plus.
