Hi Ammar,
Congratulation on Successfully Completion of your 12th with 70%
there are many Course in Diploma with out Maths and also some short term Course but all this course will not give that much scope for what a Bachelor's Degree does
If you go for Any Stream in Bachelor's for 1st Year will have the Subject like Maths
And these Degree's Course have much more weight age then a Diploma Programs.
And I think if you have score 70% in 12th then you can easily complete the further Course with maths
