I can completely concur with your situation.
The answer is, of course you can pursue your masters in whatever field you are interested in, in your case Computer Science & Engg.
Since you want to do it from abroad, During your 3rd year you can give the GRE exam and TOEFEL ( If you want to do it from the US ) or IELTS ( for U.K ). These exams have nothing related to your branch. Their pattern and Syllabus are completely different ( English and Maths). Once you get a score, the score stays valid upto 5 years and then you can apply for various universities for any branch.
But the hardest part is not just getting a good score. U have to be brilliant in your academics ( Whatever the field). Your % is directly proportional to your chances of securing a good Uni with your choice of field. Plus you have to be involved in impressive projects in your college and on top of that, you need as many recommendation from reputed teachers as possible.

Considering your background in commerce, BCom would be an ideal choice. Considering the need for professional qualification in today's competitive scenario, adding a CS will be like icing on the cake.
However, considering the challenges of studying 2 courses, TKWs offers a BCom with Hons in Banking & Finance. The advantage of the program is that CS Curriculum is integrated in BCOM degree. So you don't need to study different subjects for different qualifications.
This gives you best of both worlds and keeps an avenue of career opportunities open for you. You can always choose to pursue your further studies in CA / MBA / CFA or choose to work in Banking or Finance after completing such a program.
Check if you are eligible to take admission under 30% merit seats or 70% general seats offered by the institute. Don't miss on the Aptitude Test conducted by the institute.
