The answer is, of course you can pursue your masters in whatever field you are interested in, in your case Computer Science & Engg.
Since you want to do it from abroad, During your 3rd year you can give the GRE exam and TOEFEL ( If you want to do it from the US ) or IELTS ( for U.K ). These exams have nothing related to your branch. Their pattern and Syllabus are completely different ( English and Maths). Once you get a score, the score stays valid upto 5 years and then you can apply for various universities for any branch.
