To take admission, there is Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.

But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.

For becoming a CA ur first step is to register with ICAI for CPT which u can consider as the first level of CA. U have CPT exams twice each year I.e. in June and December. For December attempt last date of registration is 30th September and for June attempt it is 31st March.
