You did not provided sufficient information here. Civil is the only branch for B.Tech and after b.tech you can go other sub branches of it in m.tech like structural engineering, environmental engineering, Geotechnical engineering etc

Yes, Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue CSE. It has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies visited campus this year.

You need to apply hrough entrance tests like CAT, Cmat, CET, MAT. Either two of above tests will suffice. Fees varies frm coll to coll and so is the admission procedure. Duration is of 2years everywhere.
