Is your health is good or not, complete 3backlogs slowly with good health condition. If it is not possible there is possible of carry over system. Ie changed to college of the same university. This is the solution to your problem.

Yes, you can get many engineering colleges with a rank of 46,058 in COMEDK but they will not be there best colleges they will be either average or below average colleges. Hope You got your answer.

if college is approved than degree is also approved. For this you can check in the AICET website for cross check. For University you should also check the UGC website. UGC enlist those Universities which are not approved by any governing body.
