This has a great advantage for students as the subjects taught in business analytics and optimization are based on the IBM course plan and syllabus and plus when you go for placements in the final year this has a benefit as you have been trained according to IBM which no other college provides and companies look at it as a plus point in you along with the usual b.tech CSE degree.

There are two choices after BTec for doing 2 years MBA course:
(a) Job for 2 to 3 years before going for MBA. This has advantage of better learning and better roles & salaries after MBA. Disadvantage is that after few years of job you may not be left with motivation to again sit for high competitive MBA entrance exams.
(b) MBA immediately after BTech. Learning is bit poor and you may get lower jobs.
Ideally l will recommend option a to maximise learning experience.

You meet eligibility criteria for admission to majority of Engineering colleges. If you have not appeared for Engineering entrance exams or not made to to any then you may evaluate Private Universities where admission process is not stringent.
