Hi Aman,
Completing your 10+2 is ideal for better prospects in terms of higher studies and careers. Doing a Diploma will limit you to a particular field only and you won't be eligible to take most entrance exams.

Yes you can does Diploma in engineering after tenth grade. But at very first prepare yourself for the entrance exam and secure good marks and good rank in it. Its also has wide network of jobs availability in future so pursue it
