You can pursue BCA and MCA degrees if you have maths as a subject in 10+2 even with the commerce stream. You will get a lot of opportunities to become a programmer on completion of MCA degree course in Indian IT companies and MNCs.

Hello Arvind,
These days, almost all engineering colleges, be it Govt or private, give admissions only after the entrance exam. This is fundamental to avoid a charge of nepotism. Hence I doubt if you can get admission without entrance.
