You can easily find the list of the best engineering college in all states on Google. It will be a bit difficult to clinch a seat with good branch and college but you can wait until last counseling. Some state also offers quota on the basis of sports and NCC, etc. So you can make a research and plan college accordingly.

Pros and cons are unavoidable. The major advantages to studying abroad are obviously the global exposure. You will have the access to an international platform and opportunity to meet people from various backgrounds and culture. This will also lead to increase in job opportunities globally. Better exposure to technology, better infrastructure, better education quality and standards, etc.

Yes, indeed, Canada has become a choice of the students looking at the quality of education & brighter future. One gets up to 3 years of stay back in Canada for a 2 year MS or MBA & you also can avail permanent residency in the country.

A distance learning MBA is meant for those who are already working with few years of experience and cannot attend any colleges. Such distance learning MBA is not approved by AICTE hence not eligible for government jobs where AICTE recognition is required. The class depends from university or university. IGNOU does not have any class as compulsory but you may attend. Pondicherry does not have compulsory attendance in the first year but has in second year that's too for 12 weeks in a semester on Saturday Sunday.
