Unfortunately, you don't have much chance of getting admission in Lucknow University for B.Com. Last year, the admissions were closed on 226 rank, and in 2016, it was closed on 186 rank. Hence, this year also, the expected closing rank would be around 250 max.

But keep in mind that JEE Mains rank is only important when you have a pretty much good rank! I have two of my seniors who dropped a year and performed really well compared to last years' result and are sure to get admitted to NITs.

For IPU, it is possible that you get college but not that you wanted because rank is too much.
