For outside Delhi category, there are only 5 seats in the main campus. So, it would be hard to get main campus in the first round. You will definitely get VIPS or Amity. Do not go for IIMT. Whatever college you choose, always hold the upgradation option because you can make it to the main campus after few counselling rounds, and yes there is the option for migrations also.
All the best!

You should rather go for IGNOU and please consider the latest recognition from UGC-DEB. Only a few universities are there to impart such courses now through distance mode of education.

Government colleges don't give admission only on the basis of +2 marks. So, I would suggest you to explore your possibilities in top private colleges to make best out of it.

Hello, Shaily. First of all, good luck. I hope you will do well in near future. For physics you can consider these books:
1-Engage (most important)- Independent edition
2-TMH-As a whole worthy
3-ML Khanna-Coordinate Geometry
4-Admit M Agrawal -Differential & Integral Calculus only
I am not mentioning books like Irodov and Krotov because these books are full of heavy subjective questions which can be learnt easily by solving previous years IIT questions.
