After seeing your percentage in 12th it shows that you have no interest in Science and it is being forced on you. Anyhow, now the most important thing is that you should ponder on your own interests and career aspirations and then take a well thought over decision. One of the good options could be teaching. Other options are various vocational courses may be Animation, Interior designing etc.

If you are looking for really good Institutes then you have to appear for one or the other Entrance examination, be it CAT (which is one of the most popular Entrance accepted by most of the reputed Institutes), MAT, XAT etc.
Even the mid rung Private Institutes like Amity would require an Entrance like MAT or their own written test.

Indian class 12 as such is not considered equivalent with German class 12. So Indian students are eligible to apply for a bachelor programme if they fulfill one of the following criteria:
I. Successfully completing the first year of a bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject field.
