Molarity is defined as the number of moles of solute present in 1kg of solvent. It is denoted by "m".
Since The molecular mass of water is 18g
and
since it is pure water, so solvent will be water itself, with mass of 1000 g,
so, molarity = No. of moles in 1l of pure water =1000/18=55.55

sanjoli the first thing is from where u are? if u are resident of outside delhi then you must know that for those student seats are less as compared to other.
and it is not sure that you can get admission in top colleges.
