No specific institute or a particular course can guarantee you the figure of salary you will be getting, so CCNA is no exception.
The salary caps hugely vary depending on the (post)graduation degree you have, and the amount of expertise you will acquire in Networking domain. I would refrain to give you an exact figure but assuming you've done engineering in computers or similar, approx 15-20k per month is the most likely figure.
But as a course CCNA is a good option to start with if you want to move into Routers & Networking domain. To further enhance your profile & chances for a better job, you should consider the next
