There are many parameters on which salary depends such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience, etc.
3) Placements :
Regarding placements, no institute can guarantee you as it entirely depends on your capabilities, utilization of skills, presence of mind, communication skills, etc.

As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA.The advantage of this step would be:
1. You will have relevant work experience.
2. In order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
3. This work experience would give you competitive advantage over candidates with no work experience, during admission in good MBA colleges in India.
4. Finally if you work for some years, you may yourself finance the partial or full tuition fees for pursuing MBA.

*Must be patient and friendly to all their clients.
*Considering the long and tiring hours of work, they must also be good at handling pressure and managing stress.
*Organisation skills and a detail-oriented attitude are absolutely necessary to prove your mettle in the banking field.
*Professionalism by way of appropriate and smart attire is also one thing that bankers can't do without.
*Along with the obvious requirement of solid math and problem-solving skills, they must also have people skills to deal with the variety of clientele their bank entertains.

Financial Planning and Wealth Management
Retail Management
Banking Operations
