Dear Sumit, complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

dude. . what is the meaning of doing advance course if you are not understanding the previous one. . it is like drinking something forcefully without your interest . .you will start vomiting. . i will suggest you to do some job or project related to core java. .and when you will start understanding and have some confidence . .then do further course. . No use of collecting degrees and certificates. .without knowledge . .specially in the field you are talking about. .
