Yes u can read engineering.but for prove your eligiblity u need to improve the same with completing the eligiblity test exam.i have a gud option for u.a university named LPU in punjab is offering eligiblity test named NEST for the students having less than 60% marks in 12th examination and they all are making concern of the same term of the alloted and defined data of the consideration .the exact commencement of the term lead to the same as the financial adminstration of the university management and LPU is also offering scholarship for the students.we all know that the terms of the same examination have its own registration form for which u can apply online on the website of that university.so all the best.
