Dear Dhruv,
From my past experience , I dont suggest anyone to join a distance graduation programme on animation or VFX , due to very poor communication level / due to communication gap , maximum of the students who opt for such courses end up struggling for the exam dates , course completion certification and many more operational issues though out his course .
Yes if you can join a college directly or in the university campus then it may be different .
I suggest to join a long duration course which is by the institutes certification and not a distance course under any university. Also try to get maximum information about an institution

Harshit after diploma go for B.Tech lateral entry.
For lateral entry in B.Tech, you have to appear for Lateral Entry Engineering Test (LEET). You must have min.of 60% marks in diploma to appear for LEET.
If you have not given LEET, then opt for good private universities like LPU, MIT, IIIT, DBU, etc. They offer world class environment to students along with good placements. Some even offer good scholarships to students.
Check their websites.
Good luck.

Hello,
The IELTS or TOEFL is one of the requirements for candidates to live, work or study in an English-speaking country. Remember, it is not necessarily a visa requirement. There is no guarantee that you will be offered a job only on the basis of IELTS or TOEFL, of course probability will be higher. You need to have the required academic qualification and additional requirements for a job. So, unless you are qualified IELTS or TOEFL won't have benefits regarding your career.

It is not so, as some of the IIITs are the worst then NITs and the same in vice-versa. It mainly depends on the placements and infra of the institute.
