Yes, there is a chance. You can get Instrumentation Engineering at COEP. But, it also depends on your Category and how you give preferences in choice form. Cutoff for 1st Cap Round 2017 for GOPENS ( G means General and OPEN is Category and S is State Level ) was 705 (166) I. e. 705th Rank and 166 marks. For GSCS it was 6502 (129) I. e. 6502th Rank and 129 marks. For GSTS it was 16168 (104) I. e. 16168th Rank and 104 marks. For GVJS it was 7402 (126). For GNT1S it was 4684 (137). For GNT2S it was 2136 (152). For GOBCS it was 1367 (158). For 2nd CAP ROUND 2017 cutoff for GOPENS it was 908 (163). For GSCS it was 3875 (129).

Well, this answer is subjective. I can tell you why I am pursuing an MBA . There are several reasons to it, some of them being -
It allows me to pursue what interests me the most which is learning and eventually being a part of the core pharmaceutical sector which constitutes a major part of healthcare in India .
Fiercely competitive. MBA is a course which requires a lot of hard work and possibly takes your entire time. It is competitive to it's very core with case study competitions , presentations and quizzes coming up day after day .
Its a course in which full knowledge can never be gained . It's like a vast ocean of industry knowledge

Psychology is a special subject. A student needs to know many things/aspects about the subject before he / she is ready for PG. Hence even though you have done MBA you are presently not eligible. You should do graduation first and then you will be eligible.

Why don't you try for IIFT entrance tests. That will give you an idea of where you stand in fashion design, and if you score well, you may well get an opportunity to be in the best course in your favorite area.

AIMS Bangalore is an average college with fees of Rs. 9 Lacs and average placement of Rs. 5.25 Lacs. As I told you, it is an average college. You have to work very hard to grab placement. You have to make your own ways internships and other to get placed surely.

It's completely your call, but doesn't seems the college having great placement, and it would be better to go for M.Tech/MS inspite for Diploma after graduating in engineering with such good pointers. Mount Carmel College, Palace Road, Bangalore offers a 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration degree with total fees of Rs. 50,000. According to last year placement records, the average package offered was around Rs. 3-4 Lacs per annum. Some of the Companies / Recruiters who visited the campus are:
