No. The authorities will not provide any partial marking in Assam CEE 2023. Even if the steps taken to derive the answer is correct, the candidates will be given negative marking if their final answer is marked wrong. Since the examination is objective, the candidates will not be allotted marks for their formulas and explanation of concepts. Therefore, the candidates will have to be careful while selecting their answer for every question in Assam CEE 2023. 

The cut off rank in Round 6 for BTech in Mathematics and Computing Engineering is 6568 which is very close to this range. This was for General category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in IIT Goa.
