No it is not possible to pursue MBA from abroad with giving any test, please remember in order to pursue MBA from abroad you need to take below mentioned test.
- GMAT.
- TOEFL or IELTS.
As per your profile UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
For your reference find below some of the finest universities in UK to pursue MBA:

So, as per your profile I would suggest you to continue working for 1-2 years more and then opt for MBA from good universities in UK.
