Hi,
There is no age limit to pursue M.A Psychology. The basic eligibility criteria is having a graduation degree in any stream.
However, many of the reputed universities demand graduation degree with Honors in Psychology or Psychology as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognized college/university.
Some even ask for a minimum of 45-50% marks in graduation as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this course and some also conduct an entrance examination.
In Calcutta University, admission is merit based. Minimum requirement is- B.A./ B.Sc. Hons. in Psychology.

Hi,
As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany.
So regarding this please remember in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany you need to take below mentioned tests:
- GRE.
- TOEFL or IELTS.
However please remember since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.
Besides good scores in GRE and TOEFL or IELTS you also need to have good academic record preferably 60%- 70% plus in graduation.
