Hi Romil,
This will be decided by the university, generally waivers are not given by Canadian universities but if your overall profile is good they may or at max can offer you a bridge course in English. I will really advise you to check with the universities directly.

Hello Akash,
You can start preparing for CAT in your final year as one can take CAT either in his/her final year of graduation or after completing it. But do ensure that the CAT preparation doesn't affect your engineering studies. You may start preparing for it indirectly, now too, by improving your English vocabulary and solving logical puzzles.

There are many depending on the city you are located in. Most popular institutes are TIME, BYJU's, PT, Career Launcher, IMS, etc. Their quality differs depending on the city. In Jaipur, I'd suggest you go for PT. In Delhi, TIME is better. Go to the city which is more convenient.

You can try for engineering in Canada. Top Canadian universities offer great prospects for engineering graduates and also a world class education. However, most of the universities do not understand Diploma and require a grade equivalent to class 12th. You can get your scores evaluated from some standardized evaluation company and look out for the application requirements at the university websites.

Hindustan College is not a good option for pursuing MBA as it doesn't have a rank in the top 50 colleges in India. Better avoid it and aim for the reputed colleges.

Go with your Interest. If you are interested in arts/commerce, go with it. If you're interested in science the complete class 11th and 12th with science stream or 3 years Diploma in engineering. After completing Diploma, you can get lateral entry admission in the 2nd year of engineering by taking an entrance exam but opt for the career path in which you have interest.
