Both IISM and NASM are equally good. What would be the deciding factor is what exactly are you looking for as a specialization.
IISM's MBA would be helpful if you are planning a career in sports marketing, sports event management and the overall business of sport. While NASM provides further more education assistance for sports facility management, Sports Media and Tourism. However, both courses cover the basics of various aspects of the business of sport and do not provide a specialization in a specific stream within sports management.
Best would be to chose either of the two colleges and focus on internships and projects

If you feel, Mathematics is not your cup of tea and so are the other subjects like Physics and Chemistry, then I would advise you to do instead Bachelors of Science in botany, zoology, biotechnology, bio bioinformatics, agriculture related subjects. Alternately, nursing and physiotherapy are also exciting fields. If you want to avoid sciences and medicals itself, Bachelors in business administration and computer applications are alternate options too. Event management, hotel and hospitality management, psychology, journalism, media and entertainment are few more to mention.
