St. Thomas, is a strict college and RCC it's in this term leniant. As per faculties and resources, I don't think there is much to compare.
You can see the area and surrounding. Access to RCC from any location is easier than to ST. THOMAS. Placements are also almost similar. Maybe I'll say RCC is a slight advantageous.
