Yes, you are eligible and I suggest you do it from a DEC and UGC approved institute which has a learnign centre in your city or near to it.

Hi Abhijit! I agree with Manmeet. Tally is indeed a friendly software and you can pick it up on your own. However, if you want to get initiated to it formally you may choose any institute but thereafter, you must work on it practically to learn it fully. I would suggest that the best way of learning tally is to work in someone's office for a few days in accounts where tally is used. Best of Luck!
